ISTA 1C Testing Services
Extended Testing for Packaged Product 150 lbs. or Less
ISTA test procedure 1C provides extended testing of individually packaged products weighing 150 lbs. or less when prepared for shipment. Test Procedure 1C adds a compression test component to vibration and shock for testing the integrity test of individually packaged products. Use ISTA test 1C to evaluate one package design and integrity versus another and packaging designs for non-unitized items shipped small parcel carriers, such as Fed Ex or UPS, or by common carrier. Tests are conducted in Advance Packaging’s independent ISTA-certified test lab.
