ISTA Package Testing
Package testing services from the Advance Packaging Test Laboratory provides independent, ISTA-certified package testing. Advance Packaging conducts ISTA 1 Series and 3 Series package testing to evaluate packaging strength and integrity for various handling and transport conditions.
With ISTA package testing, you can shorten package development time, improve protection of products and profits with reduced damage and product loss, promote economically balanced distribution costs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Many shippers, including UPS require certified ISTA package testing to hold manufacturers and suppliers more accountable for providing adequate packaging and in order to consider damage claims. Others including FedEx have comparable testing and performance measures that must be met.
