At Advance Packaging, we manufacture our own corrugated board and print and convert it into corrugated boxes, high-end retail packaging, and retail displays in the same facility on continuous, integrated production lines. Cross-functional manufacturing systems continuously shift and re-balance lines to accommodate changing demands for optimum efficiency. Our material handling systems move materials in process from one station to the next automatically. Depending on specifications, materials move continuously through printing, cutting, scoring, slotting, folding, or gluing cells for conversion and value-added processes. Units are seldom manually handled from the moment raw paper stock is loaded into the corrugator until finished packaging is loaded into trucks. That ensures a controlled process—minimizing the potential for damage and waste—while ultimately producing cost-efficient, world-class quality packaging for your consumer and retail products.
