Truck Drivers- CDL-A Grand Rapids Michigan
Immediate openings for experienced, reliable, energetic Semi-Truck Drivers. Positions are full time. Multiple shifts available. Rare overnights! Must have a high school diploma or GED, a current Michigan CDL-Class A License, a minimum of 5 years accident-free driving experience, 5 years of recent experience driving a semi-truck/trailer that includes a lot of docking, and at least 10 years verifiable work history. Must be business professional in speech and demeanor with the ability to recertify for DOT physical and drug test.

Journeyman Level Mechanic- Jackson Michigan
Knowledge and understanding of MIOSHA regulations is required to maintain our safe working environment and will not be compromised. Three years of maintenance experience in a corrugator-box plant is preferred. We require the demonstrated ability to install, repair and maintain machinery, plumbing, electrical wiring and physical structures with at least 10 years of progressively more responsible experience. Must have solid experience in PLC programming including Allen Bradley and Siemens. Must be willing to work 3rd shift. Manufacturing Engineer - Grand Rapids Michigan
Responsible for assisting in all areas of engineering including installations, researching new and improving on current equipment, technology and processes. Provide engineering assistance to sales and design staff as requested. Coordinate projects with internal and external sources to implement engineering change effecting manufacturing processes including but not limited to; energy conservation , equipment and facility use, through-put efficiencies and governmental/ environmental requirements. Measure and regularly report on the effects of change with ongoing analysis to identify improvement opportunities with equipment and manufacturing processes effecting cost, waste, quality and on time delivery. Must have a solid understanding and experience using micro soft office suites, including project planning and access for data base reporting at an expert level. Knowledge of CAD and MP2 a plus as well as diagnostic and programming skills with PLCs. Requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years experience at the senior engineering level in a manufacturing environment, a Bachelors of Science degree in engineering or related field. Proven ability to project plan, completing projects on time with no measurable effect on our customers and within budget a must. Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively verbally and in writing at all levels, demonstrating strong skills in negotiation and diplomacy. Strong working knowledge of MIOSHA General Industry Regulations a must.

Box Plant Supervisor- Grand Rapids
We have immediate need in our Grand Rapids Box Plant for a third shift Supervisor. This position will coordinate plant production personnel, ensure safety, quality, twenty-four hour delivery, train new employees, ensure continuous improvement measures, build crew morale, and actively contribute to meeting corporate goals. Requires a minimum of two years post high school education in Business, Management or Manufacturing with a minimum of three years supervisory and management experience in a box production environment. Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, compose technical documents, possess an expert level of Microsoft business software, a working knowledge of ISO 9000, and knowledge of applicable state and federal governmental regulations related to manufacturing and employment is a must.

Corrugator Supervisor- Grand Rapids
Our 110' BHS corrugator is supported by an experienced staff. Continuous improvement efforts include cool corrugation, automated web alignment, and state of the art sheet cleaning. The Corrugator Supervisor will lead, teach and direct employees to ensure quality board, minimize down time and the results for continuous improvement. Requires a minimum of two years post high school education in Business, Management or Manufacturing with a minimum of three years supervisory experience in a production environment, with corrugator preferred. Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, compose technical documents, possess an expert level of Microsoft business software, a working knowledge of ISO 9000, and knowledge of applicable state and federal governmental regulations related to manufacturing and employment is a must. This is a first shift position.

Maintenance Supervisor- Jackson
This position located in our Jackson facility plans, coordinates and monitors the efforts of hourly plant maintenance. This position plays an important role in continuous improvement efforts in an ISO 9000 environment including safety, machine efficiencies, improvements to existing technology and facility. Requirements include two year college degree or equivalent experience, computer literacy including basic programming skills, excellent command of MS Office and familiarity with MP2 helpful. Experience working in a non-union environment with a minimum of five years of supervisory responsibility in a manufacturing operation.
