Corrugated Board
We manufacture corrugated board—in-house—to supply our own corrugated packaging manufacturing needs as well as corrugated sheets for other corrugated box converters and product manufacturers with their own box-converting capabilities. The extraordinary flexibility and efficiency of our high-speed, high-volume BHS corrugator allows us to shift substrate order specifications including corrugated board grades, flute, and quantities in seconds. We manufacture singlewall and doublewall corrugated board in both traditional board grades and alternative options, including corrugated board using 100% recycled paper and lightweight microflutes. At up to 110" wide and stackable lenghts up to 250" long, our oversized corrugated sheets can be converted into sigle-piece packaging for appliances, furniture, and other large products.
