Accounts Receivable Specialist - Grand Rapids, Michigan

Responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services to ensure efficient operations. Process and prepare customer invoices, monitor and apply incoming payments and address customer billing questions, researching and resolving problems that may occur. Will assist in accounts payable and credit department. 


Position requires:


  • Associate's degree in Finance or Accounting.

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with in-depth spread sheet work using Excel.

  • Basic understanding of data bases and developing queries is preferred.




Tasks required a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, ability to work independently and a proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.  Advanced Excel skills a must. Position requires the use of professionalism and diplomacy in all written and verbal communications.

Maintenance Manager - Grand Rapids, Michigan

Coordinates and directs the efforts of administrative and hourly maintenance personnel to maintain equipment and facilities in peak condition while minimizing production downtime and costs.  Assists in the evaluation and selection of new equipment and plans and directs installation.   Ensures compliance with company policies, operating procedures, budget guidelines, MIOSHA and other applicable governmental regulations.  Assists in the preparation of the annual budget and monitors performance quarterly.  Stays abreast of developing governmental regulations and ensures that required training, monitoring and reporting is completed. Lead, teach and direct employees monitoring results for continuous improvement.  Develop measurable goals for assigned area. Conduct employee reviews on the prescribed schedule.  Implements employee training programs.

Four year college degree from an accredited school, with an engineering major (mechanical or electrical). The ability to write prose and technical documents which are concise, complete and grammatically correct. Computer literate including use of standard software applications.

A minimum of five years of senior level management responsibility in a manufacturing operation, with at least ten reporting employees. A working knowledge of ISO 9001 and applicable governmental regulations regarding safety and environmental.

Maintenance Mechanic - Grand Rapids, Michigan

Would you like to work Four days a week as a full time job?  Four day work schedule is Wednesdays 10PM to 4AM and Thursday thru Saturday work 4PM to 4AM.

Candidates must have a HS Diploma or GED with 5+ years as a manufacturing mechanical repair.  Journeyman level is a plus. Candidates must possess the ability to anticipate and solve complex technical problems, to comprehend complex verbal and written instructions, the ability to interact effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and production personnel, prepare written reports, and work with electrical connections and PLC controllers.

We require the demonstrated ability to install, maintain, and repair very complex machine components and parts using mechanical, electrical and electronic skills.  Perform complex trouble shooting, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate installation of new machines and/or equipment.  Serve as technical resource to production personnel and other personnel as required.  Perform maintenance, repair work, and ensure work is completed in a timely manner.  Knowledge and understanding of MIOSHA regulations is required to maintain our safe working environment. Candidates must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotating basis.

All candidates must possess a current, valid unrestricted Michigan drivers' license and have the ability to successfully pass a drug and alcohol test.
