Privacy Policy for California Applicants

Resumes and applications for employment from California residents are subject to the provision of the California Consumers Privacy Act (CCPA).

Notice of Collection
Private employment information submitted is collected and retained electronically and/or in physical form at the Company’s corporate headquarters.  Data includes employment information provided, name, address, telephone number, cell phone number and email address if provided.

Data Usage
Information collected is used to contact a candidate and compare past employment and educational experience submitted to company job opportunities.  No information is shared outside the company and no information is sold to a third party.  Information may be provided to a governmental agency in accordance with law including Federal and State Civil Rights, EEOC and law enforcement to aid in investigations and aggregate statistics.

Data Retention
Individual data is retained for one year while aggregated statistics are retained for 3 years.

Applicant Rights
Effective January 1, 2021, applicants residing in California have the right to request disclosure of data collected, the right to access their personal information submitted, and the right to request their data be deleted from all company systems in accordance with the Act.  Applicants may make written requests for disclosure, copies of personal submissions and deletions to:
